Shipping Policy

Each jar is handmade in small batches in-house, to ensure quality and freshness.

You will receive a tracking number to keep eyes on your package along the way!

Please be sure to correctly enter your address including any unit, apartment, or suite numbers.

US SHIPPING

Items ordered and paid for will ship within 5-7 business days (business days does not include weekends) unless otherwise noted in description of product. All orders are currently shipped through USPS Priority mail. Please be mindful that USPS may be experiencing delays that are beyond the control of Buttered Body Essentials resulting in receiving your package 2-5 business days after your tracking information has been sent.

- Buttered Body Essentials is not responsible for stolen packages.

- Orders that are returned to sender because of incorrect address will result in the customer paying the reshipping fee or a store credit less the value of shipping.

- During warmer months it is highly recommended that your product is delivered to a location indoors. Due to the product being just like "butter" hot temperatures will cause it to melt. We are not responsible for your product melting in transit.

Return Policy

Due to the sanitary aspect of our product, we do not accept returns. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please write us using the contact form so that we may best solve the issue.

WARNING: Our products are for external use only and as directed. Discontinue use if rash, redness, or itching occurs. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse eyes thoroughly with clean water. Consult your physician if irritation persists. Keep out of reach of children, except under adult supervision. CAUTION: Contains plant-derived oils & extracts from fruits, vegetables, flowers, tree-nuts & seeds.
